Added a class that will convert packet pojo's into CSV strings and read CSV strings and convert them to Packet objects, it will be useful for writing and reading packets on files. Added the unit tests related also I refactored other things.

Aussi je valide comment fonctionne les pull requests avec Gitlab, je suis plus habituer avec Bitbucket ou Github haha
