ConnectionManager is now doing the connectionNumber assignation the new connections that are getting generated, there is also a logic to be sure the number is assigned to only 1 connection, and that same number can be reassigned only when a connection is released. added a schema I did not long ago and forgot about, added on the readme the missing author name and commented the Windows script since I never had the time to work on it
